Policies and Ordering Guidelines

How to order:
Send an e-mail to kafishe@hotmail.com with the item numbers and descriptions for the pieces you want to purchase. Please include your mailing address. I will e-mail you back with a confirmation and total, including shipping and insurance.


Pricing:
I base my pricing on my many years of antique shopping and on current prices on auction sites. A discount is available when you purchase five or more items. Make me an offer!!!


Shipping:

Unless individually negotiated, all shipments will be made via USPS and charged to buyer at actual cost. Insurance, at $1.10 per $50.00, WILL be included on all shipments. No handling charge will apply, unless special handling is requested.


Damages:
I pack very carefully. If an item arrives in damaged condition, please DO NOT return it to me. Take it in its shipping box to your local post office and make a claim. E-mail me, and I will send you the original insurance form via snail mail. You will then be directly reimbursed by the Postal Service.


Returns:
I will accept returns ONLY if the item is not as described on the website. You must e-mail me within 48 hours of receipt of the item and let me know that you are returning it and exactly how it does not match the description. Please wait for my reply before you return the item. I will furnish you with a return authorization number to include with your return.


Payment:
I prefer credit card payments via Paypal—you can sign up by clicking on the link below. Otherwise, payment must be made by money order.
